This is not my first purchase of this style, it's my third. I really do love this boot. Let me tell you why. I have CMT, it's a hereditary peripheral neuropathy disease that can cause excruciating pain due to the nerve damage it causes. For the past four years I had been living with that pain, it felt like I was walking on shards of broken glass each step I took. But enough about me. I took a chance on these boots. I got the widest I could in 4E size 7 to accommodate for the carbon fiber AFO's that are my constant companion. I could feel something different right away. The pain seemed less in the bottom of my feet. They are so comfortable. I gave them a thorough testing, 5 months worth. I still love them and reach for them every morning to put on for the day. For me I would only change two things with them: 1. Make the heel completely flat for AFO's. 2. Better insulation. CMT destroys circulation so the feet get very cold. Other than that I love them completely ❤️ I hope I'm as lucky finding tennis shoes

Says it's on sale but when you put in your size it comes up full price. False advertising!!

The zipper is a nice feature, making it easy to get in and out of the boot. The footbed padding is good, the arch support could be a little higher or stronger, but that's me. I ordered a wide to give room for my bunions and thicker winter socks and the 9.5 was true in sizing. Shoveled snow my first time wearing and my feet stayed warm and I didn't slip around.
