Returns Policy

While we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from Propet Footwear, Inc. ("Propét"), we understand that you may wish to return a product. If you wish to return your product, please review the information below: 

 

Products must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of purchase. Items returned late will not be refunded, credited or exchanged.
Products must be in ORIGINAL and UNWORN condition. Be sure to try your shoes on indoors initially as we cannot refund or exchange products that have been worn, damaged, used, altered, modified or soiled. We also cannot accept returns for products without ORIGINAL INSOLES, LACES OR PARTS.
Only Products ordered from www.propetfootwear.com may be returned directly to Propét. 


We do not process returns or exchanges of any product purchased from one of our retail partners. All items purchased through a retailer must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with its return policies.


All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Please send your returns via a traceable shipping method and insure the package for the cost of the items.


Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Propét is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments or personal items shipped to us in error. 
Purchases from www.propetfootwear.com are subject to the terms of use, purchase policies and privacy policy which can be found on www.propétfootwear.com .

REFUNDS

Once we receive your merchandise it will be inspected per your reason for return. If your return is accepted, your account will be credited, less any shipping charge and the service fee as described above. Please note that items returned outside of our return policy will not be refunded, credited or returned. In general, allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to be credited to your monthly statement.
