Returns Policy
While we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from Propet Footwear, Inc. ("Propét"), we understand that you may wish to return a product. If you wish to return your product, please review the information below.
- Products must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of purchase. Items returned late will not be refunded, credited, or exchanged.
- Products must be in ORIGINAL and UNWORN condition. We recommend trying your shoes on indoors initially as we cannot refund or exchange products that have been used, worn, soiled, altered, modified, or damaged. We also cannot accept returns for products without original insoles, laces, or parts.
- All items purchased from the Sale category are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- Only products ordered from www.propetfootwear.com may be returned directly to Propét. We do not process returns or exchanges of any product purchased from one of our retail partners. All items purchased through a retailer must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with its return policies.
- Purchases from www.propetfootwear.com are subject to the website's terms of use, purchase policy, and privacy policy.
- Get free return shipping when you use our ReadyReturns portal. If you choose to complete your return another way, return shipping costs will be at your expense.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Propét is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, or personal items shipped to us in error.
- Once we receive your merchandise, it will be inspected per your reason for return. If your return is accepted, your account will be credited, less any shipping charges and service fees as described in the "Shipping Your Return" section of this Returns Policy.
- Please note that items returned outside of our 14-day return window are unable to be refunded, credited, or returned.
- In general, allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to be credited to your monthly statement.
- Propét products purchased from www.propetfootwear.com or an authorized dealer come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.
