    Shoe is a true 5E XXW with plenty of room for my bunion and hammertoe on my right foot. I did remove the stock insole and replaced the stock insole with a Powerstep WideFit orthotic insole for more support. The shoe itself is a wide comfortable fit and appears to be well made.

    I have a lot of foot issues, from a chronic case of planter fasciitis for which I need orthotics in every pair of shoes I wear, to occassional bouts of achilles tendonitis. This shoe is one of the best shoes I have ever worn in the last 20 years in dealing with these issues. These shoes always allow me to walk with the least pain possible and they easily fit my orthodtic and even a second cushion also. Well made, solid but not too clunky looking. Very satisfied. Just bought another pair so I have a back up, but they have lots of life left after one year of sold wear as my "go to" shoes when I go out of the house with anything other than dress shoes or boots. A fine product and treat my feet very well.
