Thicker than anticipated
These inserts are thicker than I anticipated, but thats not necessarily a bad thing. Easy to trim to fit in my boots. I have plantar fasciitis and these at first felt firm, but I can already feel the difference in my right foot. No more pain!. Easy to take out and put in other shoes.

COMFORT & SUPPORT
I ordered these insoles to place inside a pair of Women's Tour Knit sneakers that I'd bought recently. Because I have wide feet, with high insteps and bunions, I usually can't use orthotic insoles because there's just no room. However, the Tour Knits have a pretty deep foot bed and plenty of width to accommodate these insoles (which are trimmable). The arch support is fantastic, the heel support is great for my heel spurs and entrapped nerves - just a very comfortable walking experience (for a change!). So glad I decided to try them.
